OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

FOR "TADPOLE TUNES"

• Contest will played at 8:10 a.m. Monday, April 28^th through Friday, May 2^nd.
• All participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Grand prize winner will be announced at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 2^nd.
• Daily winner receives a"Smart Globe Deluxe" and an I-Pod Shuffle.
• Grand Prize winner receives an I-Touch, a PS2 with Star Sing Karaoke Game, a $200 American Express gift card, an "Are You Smarter Than a 5^th Grader" t-shirt, a "Don't Forget The Lyrics" sling bag. These prizes are provided by Fox.
• Froggy 98 will provide a cookie party to the elementary school class of the Grand Prize winner's choice.
• There will be no substitution of prizes.
• Prizes have no cash value.
• Prizes are non-transferable.
• Prize pick-up is the responsibility of the prize winner unless other arrangements are made.
• Prize winners must wait 30 days before winning another contest or promotion. There may be only one winner per household every 30 days. If it is determined that the winner has won within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited.
• Winners must provide identification and proof of age at the time they pick-up their prize.
• Prize must be picked up within 30 days of winning or the prize is forfeited.
• Prizes must be picked up during business hours - Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Employees of Froggy 98, Forever Broadcasting, participating sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible to win in contests or promotions on Froggy 98.
• Participation in a contest or promotion on Froggy 98 constitutes implied consent to use your voice for on-air broadcast and/or image on froggradio.com.
• All judging decisions are final.
• Froggy 98 and Forever Broadcasting reserve the right to disqualify any participant.

• State, Federal and local taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner.
