FROGGY 98

CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Prize pick-up is the responsibility of the prize winner unless other arrangements are made.
• Prize winners must wait 30 days before winning another contest or promotion on any of the radio stations in the Forever Broadcasting Altoona radio market. One winner per household every 30 days.  If it is determined that the winner has won within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited.
• Winners must provide identification at the time they pick-up their prize.
• For "Free Money" contests, only one winner per household is permitted for the duration of the promotion.
• Prize must be picked up within 30 days of winning or the prize is forfeited.
• Prizes must be picked up during business hours – Monday through Friday from 8 a.m – 5 p.m.
• Employees of Froggy 98, Forever Broadcasting, participating sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible to win in contests or promotions on Froggy 98.
• Participation in a contest or promotion on Froggy 98 constitutes implied consent to use your voice for on-air broadcast.
• All judging decisions are final.
• Froggy 98 and Forever Broadcasting reserve the right to disqualify and participant.
• All judging decisions are final.
• State, Federal and local taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner.
